I was in a hurry to get pre-approved because my completion date falls on a Tuesday. It was a Saturday (long weekend) and Vu helped me get pre approved right away the next day on a Sunday. I recently worked with Vu Le for my mortgage loan and I honestly have all the best things to say about the entire process. Note: I had briefly worked with another broker prior being recommended to Vu and it was one of the worst experiences.
