Kurtman stumbled into banking and quickly realized this as a rewarding industry where he can help clients plan for their future. Prior to becoming a broker, he has held positions in retail banking as a Teller, Financial Service Representative and Financial Advisor while earning Champions status each role which is allocated to the top 7% of B.C. He then moved to Business Banking as an Account Manager of Small Business and earning the Summit Award in his first year, recognizing the top 10% across Canada.
With both residential and commercial lending experience, Kurtman has helped a lot of his clients obtain financing under personal and business entities. What he treasures most is being home and spending quality time with his family and newborn.
