I went to several Mortgage brokers; specifically RBC, the bank that I've been with for 10 years, and Remax where my cousin works at to get my mortgage approved. Even though I had a decent amount of downpayment along with my husband stable in come, no one could get us any better rate and mortgage approvals. Until my friends and his family members, who also got their services from Vu Le team and got their houses, refered the Team to us.
