We had the pleasure of working with Vu Le. It’s a crazy market and no banks would provide a pre-approval. Vu was able to make us feel secure in making an offer on a property and worked tirelessly until our approval was in place. He provided daily updates on where things were, and was clear and concise on what documents he needed from us. He went above and beyond to help us port our old mortgage over after we had already paid it off, at the time not knowing when we were going to buy again. He also got us our termination fees back. Everything about his operation was comfortable and effortless.
