I recently worked with Vu Le for my mortgage loan and I honestly have all the best things to say about the entire process. Note: I had briefly worked with another broker prior being recommended to Vu and it was one of the worst experiences. They made it seem nearly impossible to secure a mortgage - I was closing in nearly 2 weeks and had gotten no where with them, on top of a really expensive quote for a rush application and overly complicating a process that I now know can be simple if working with someone like Vu. The moment I had been in contact with Vu, I was almost in disbelief at how much ease he had given me about the entire process. Buying a first home could be extremely stressful especially with someone without a financial background, but Vu made my first experience so straightforward and seamless all while being under a tight time frame. I want to extend my biggest thanks to him for helping me secure a mortgage and for his professionalism, honesty, and expertise. Also, being able to calm a Vietnamese mother with many, MANY concerns is literally considered a superpower and he was able to do that in one phone call. He really went above and beyond and I could not have done this without him. I am so incredibly grateful for everything he’s done. I would highly recommend Vu and Clear Trust Mortgages Inc. to anyone.
