Vu began his career in 1997 as a teller with TD. He quickly moved on to become a Financial Service Representative and soon realized his passion for lending.

In 2001, he became a Mobile Mortgage Specialist for TD. In 2005 to 2015, he achieved the Paragon of Sales award which is awarded to the top 30 Mortgage Specialists across Canada for 10 years straight. Also named in TD Banks most prestigious award, the Lifetime Achievement Award, which is only allocated to those who made top 30 for seven years in their career.

In just one year as a broker, he was able to achieve Dominion Lending Center's Master Award which is only granted to the top 2% of brokers within Dominion Lending. With over 18 years of lending experience, Vu has the knowledge and expertise to help his clients find a suitable lender that meets their needs.

He is a big foodie and loves to eat. On his down time, he enjoys being the family man and spending time with his wife and 2 kids.

Born in Hong Kong and raised in Vancouver, Wendy brings over 10 years of banking experience. Before becoming a Mortgage Broker, she has held roles as a Teller, Financial Service Representative, Financial Advisor, and Manager of Financials Services at TD Bank.

The most satisfying part of her job is the ability to help her clients achieve their goals by providing robust advice. When Wendy isn't at work, she enjoys spending time at parks with her puppy.

Ben comes from over 16 years of customer service experience and has been in mortgage and Commercial lending for 13 of those years.

He was also a seasoned Business Advisor with the strong knowledge of complex business structures. He has the knowledge and experience to find the right solutions for the right situation. Providing the right advice combined with suitable product recommendations, Ben has been successful in fostering the relationship with his clients.

He is an avid yet horrible golfer, but enjoys his time on the green with a few of his close friends.

Doug was raised in Burnaby and Vancouver for most of his life. He has been in lending over 10 years and specializes in private mortgages. The most rewarding for him is being able to bail clients out of tough financial situations and provide an exit strategy. Asides from work, his passion includes food and travel. He is fluent in English and Vietnamese.

Kent was born and raised in Vancouver. The most rewarding experience at Clear Trust was helping Vu build the business from day one and assisting our first client achieve financing. She was new to Canada and had no idea where to start. After working hard for a couple of years, she had managed to buy her first place in her new-found home. That was truly an amazing story seeing someone so dedicated to creating a new life in Canada and being able to guide her through an overwhelming process for a new home buyer.

Kent enjoys spending quality time with his wife, family, and friends during his free time because they matter the most for him.

Kurtman stumbled into banking and quickly realized this as a rewarding industry where he can help clients plan for their future. Prior to becoming a broker, he has held positions in retail banking as a Teller, Financial Service Representative and Financial Advisor while earning Champions status each role which is allocated to the top 7% of B.C. He then moved to Business Banking as an Account Manager of Small Business and earning the Summit Award in his first year, recognizing the top 10% across Canada.

With both residential and commercial lending experience, Kurtman has helped a lot of his clients obtain financing under personal and business entities. What he treasures most is being home and spending quality time with his family and newborn.
